Anne Heche made her first appearance on television with The American soap opera Another World. She was a young actress American who was accused of her father's abuse of being abusive, even before he died of AIDS. As she and the only remaining sister stood up for their father, her relationship with her mother was not a good one. The actress was featured on a variety of TV serials and in films like "Fatal Desire,"" "The Brave,"" "Wild Side," and most lately, "I Know What You did last Summer." The relationship she had to Ellen DeGeneres was a major controversy. Then she married Coley Lafoon, but separated from the couple afterward. James Tupper became her boyfriend and she had another child together with him. She has published a book named 'Call me Crazy: A Memoire. It's an account of her turbulent and challenging life. This includes the abusive relationship she had with her father as also her affair with a lesbian. The breakup she had with DeGeneres resulted in her suffering with emotional and psychological issues and was medicated. Anne Heche died on August 6, 2022, at an Los Angeles hospital, six days following a fatal automobile collision. She was just 53.
